THE HOPE AND EMPOWERMENT MODEL

Our Hope and Empower Model is geared towards partnering with struggling churches in developing areas. We provide leadership training, resources, and other forms of support to empower the church so that they may help the local people in their communities improve their livelihood. Although there are four major components, for a successful outcome we focus on six different parts: Establishing Rapport, Assessing the Needs, Preaching the Gospel, Feeding the Hungry, Education and Leadership Training, and Entrepreneurship.

BUILDING RAPPORT

Tackling the Issue

Building rapport with the church and the local people is necessary because it helps to establish mutual trust and it increases communication and commitment to the overall vision. Our steps for building rapport include leadership meetings, outreach, praying with those that are seeking prayer and providing food for the hungry through our feeding program.

ASSESSING COMMUNITY NEEDS AND RESOURCES

Making a Difference

We work with church leaders to identify local needs and resources that will help to improve their communities. A plan is developed and then customized to meet the needs of the church and the local people. Our goal is to encourage the people to connect with the church, where they can participate in the programs and other opportunities.

PREACHING THE GOSPEL

We believe the most basic human need is for people to be reconciled with their creator. The scripture says,"what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose your soul." We believe that Jesus left the church as the central place of operation for his kingdom on earth.
Our evangelistic and leadership training is geared towards preparing church leaders to be biblical sound and ready to meet the needs of the local people. Some areas covered in this training include: Integrity, leadership, evangelism, and the foundations of Bible doctrine.

FEEDING THE HUNGRY

We believe in connecting with the local people. Our feeding program is a way to connect and establish trust in the villages. We provide food for orphans and for those who lack adequate resources to provide food for their families.

EDUCATION

Education is a critical component in the fight against poverty. It develops in children perspective for looking at life, prepares them for job opportunities and changing the cycle of poverty for their families. In hopes of preparing them for the future, our primary goal is to provide the orphans with K-12 core education, which includes: English, Science, History, and Math.

BUSINESS AND AGRICULTURE PROGRAM

One of our goals is to break the cycle of poverty. This initiative teaches those we mentor and partner with the basic business skills needed to become entrepreneurs in their communities. We want them to create financial pillars in the communities we work with. One of the unique ways we are doing this to tap into the power of agriculture as a business. We are working with trained professionals that will teach modern low impact high yield agriculture techniques.
